  • Demand Confirmation (3-5 Working Days)
    ▸ Technical Review: Designers verify the feasibility of the design (special stitching/hardware structure, etc.) and provide modification suggestions. ▸ Requirement Confirmation: - Final Version of <Product Specification Sheet> - <Payment Agreement>
  • Sampling Stage (7 Days | Charging Policy)
    After receiving the customer's final requirements, we will make samples for the product. Different sampling fees will be charged based on the different manufacturing processes of the product. ▸ Delivery Content: 1 physical sample

    After the products are completed, we will conduct quality inspection to ensure every product meets your design standards. ▸ Standard Quality Inspection Process: - Full Inspection Items: Size, Stitching, Hardware Function, Logo Printing - Sampling Ratio: AQL 2.5 (in accordance with international standards)
  • Packaging & Logistics Delivery (FOB Terms)
    After completing quality inspection, we can provide customized packaging services for each product according to your requirements. For logistics, use your long-term freight forwarder or our qualified suppliers.
